Job Summary: Industrial Process Analyst to optimize operations, propose continuous improvements, disseminate knowledge, and manage efficiency projects. Key Highlights: 1. Support the management of improvement projects and performance indicators **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities and Duties: · Map and analyze existing industrial processes across departments, identifying steps, responsible parties, failures, and improvement opportunities; · Analyze industrial methods and processes, proposing new practices to improve efficiency; · Establish strategies to resolve issues identified in industrial processes, proposing continuous improvements and automations aligned with organizational strategy; · Conduct knowledge dissemination activities regarding processes, workflows, and best practices across the organization; · Perform internal audits to verify whether processes are being followed as defined in official documentation; · Support the management of improvement projects, ensuring execution according to schedule and budget. · Size technical equipment and/or materials to ensure optimal industrial process performance. · Support the implementation and management of process performance indicators. · Develop technical alternatives to increase industrial process performance. · Support root cause analyses of internal non-conformities and/or customer complaints. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Health Insurance Dental Insurance On-site Cafeteria IFood Card Wellhub Birthday Day Off Life Insurance Profit Sharing (PLR) **Work Location:** ---------------------- PERNAMBUCO QUIMICA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
