Join us and be part of this market revolution! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise housekeeping staff, laundry assistants, and general services assistants, organizing work shifts, days off, vacations, task assignments, supporting execution, training new employees, resolving conflicts, providing feedback, and conducting meetings—aiming to align processes, comply with company standards, and manage people effectively on a daily basis. Inspect parking areas, reception, laundry facilities, mezzanine (pool area), and other common and service areas, verifying environmental cleanliness and mobilizing teams for necessary corrective actions—ensuring these areas remain clean and organized daily. Organize housekeeping staff schedules, generate reservation reports, assign team members to apartment servicing, and monitor activities—ensuring all apartments are cleaned and organized daily. Inspect apartments requiring repairs, collect information from supervisors, document issues, and forward reports to the maintenance team daily. Oversee the linen room, analyzing quantities of laundered items and monitoring departmental activities, while also assessing needs for outsourcing linens to external laundries—ensuring the hotel’s operational requirements are met daily. Verify completed maintenance tasks, confirming whether requested items have been addressed, to authorize apartment release for reservations daily. Manage master keys, organizing and distributing them to staff as needed—ensuring proper usage and return at the end of each shift daily. Log lost items, receiving and storing them for a specified period, and entering details into the system—documenting findings to facilitate future guest inquiries regarding lost belongings daily. Conduct inventory of broken items, documenting damage incurred in apartments and notifying the procurement department for appropriate replacement daily. Control cleaning supply stock, performing counts, issuing supplies, monitoring team usage, and requesting replenishment—ensuring minimum required quantities are maintained for uninterrupted operations daily. Conduct shift handovers, documenting prior shift information and any incidents—ensuring smooth continuity and effective support for team needs daily. Submit payment requests for extra-service provisions, entering data into the system and forwarding to Finance for settlement weekly. **Requirements and Qualifications** Relevant experience in the role.
