We are currently seeking an **Electromechanical Technician I** to join our Maintenance team. If you are passionate about safety, operational discipline, and results-oriented performance, we want to meet you! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mobile and fixed port equipment, ensuring asset availability and reliability. * Work multidisciplinarily across mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and refrigeration systems. * Conduct fault diagnosis, technical inspections, and post\-maintenance operational testing. * Support welding, boiler-making, industrial painting, and tire maintenance activities, as required by operations. * Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and LOTO procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE. * Interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals to correctly execute tasks. * Record activities in the system (work orders), prepare technical reports with evidence and fault diagnosis. * Support retrofit and equipment modernization projects. * Operate authorized equipment and vehicles within the terminal, in accordance with safety regulations. * Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas organized (5S). * Participate in shift meetings and collaborate on continuous process improvement. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Technical course in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics. * **Mandatory Courses:** NR10, NR10\-SEP, NR35, NR13, NR11, Small Forklift Operator, and welding process qualification. * **Experience:** In maintenance of heavy machinery, cranes, or port equipment. * **English:** Basic technical level. * **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office suite and basic Excel; ERP system knowledge. * **Driver's License:** Category B. * **Lean Mindset**: We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to root-cause problem solving, and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Commitment to safety and operational standards. * Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.
