The professional will be responsible for providing specialized technical support, diagnosing issues, and delivering effective solutions to our customers, ensuring satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:*** Provide technical support to company customers; * Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers; * Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions; * Stay updated on company technologies and products; * Forward vehicles to the scheduling department. **Mandatory requirements:*** Knowledge of systems and software specific to the field of expertise; * Communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Ability to efficiently solve problems.
