Job Summary: A professional responsible for configuring and installing hardware and software, repairing equipment, managing LAN/WAN networks, monitoring systems, and ensuring information confidentiality. Monitoring of internal systems and handling service requests **Responsibilities:** Configure and install hardware, software, and drivers; Repair equipment and systems; Install LAN/WAN and other networks while managing their components (servers, IPs, etc.); Ensure information confidentiality within systems, monitor websites, networks, and the internet, track potential fraud incidents, handle and route service requests to resolution, monitor clients' internal systems; Respond to service requests across all work locations; Ensure proper system operation, manage and inventory technological equipment used by employees. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; Experience as an IT technician or analyst. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in electricity companies. **Benefits:** Competitive market-based salary.
