Your responsibilities: * Supervise restaurant and bar service; * Greet guests and assist them in selecting menu items; * Plan work routines and monitor dining room organization to meet quality standards in service delivery; What we expect from you (mandatory requirements): * Completed high school education; * Practical experience with computerized ordering systems; * Knowledge of wines, beers, and other beverages; * Proven professional experience in this field or as a Maître.
