If you’re eager to learn and grow with a well-coordinated team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **To step onto the field for this role, you must:** * Monitor daily sales/targets and store operational performance through analysis and by proposing improvements; * Encourage and reinforce KPI delivery among store leadership via feedback and alignment sessions; * Champion quality and service standards, maintaining strong team relationships to optimize processes and sales; * Conduct candidate interviews and incorporate career development planning, identifying and strengthening individual competencies; * Promote diversity among people to build an equitable store environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **To play beautifully, you need:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in people management; * Prior experience in performance management; * Knowledge of the retail sector; * Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office; **Additional Information** **ABOUT CENTAURO** Centauro is Latin America’s largest sporting goods company.
