Supply equipment with materials. Operate machines of lower complexity. Monitor and follow operational flow. Receive, store, and manage packaging inventory. Prepare and complete production control reports. Perform cleaning and organization of equipment and area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare packaging according to received schedule, checking information, verifying type, receipt, process time, weight, batches, among others. * Supply equipment with materials such as packaging, labels, and other necessary items. * Operate machines of lower complexity (e.g., case packer), filling, sealing, and labeling according to service order schedules. * Perform operations on assigned line (bulk, carousel, big bag). * Monitor and track operational flow throughout the entire process until load completion. * Assist in monitoring equipment operation by evaluating malfunctions. * Receive, store, and manage packaging inventory. * Prepare and complete production control reports, records of services performed, and materials used. * Request maintenance in case of equipment breakdown or stoppage. * Perform cleaning and organization of equipment and area. * Assist Packaging Operator II with tasks. * Operate forklift when necessary to move products, materials, supplies, and packaging. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by attending lectures and training, using PPE, properly handling machinery and equipment, among others. * Follow environmental and quality standards and procedures, respecting and adhering to established standards and technical regulations. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food safety and quality management system, meeting requirements, participating in trainings, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing, Transport, and Storage Practices, 5S, operational procedures, and management system protocols. * Understand and support the food quality and safety policy as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate, if part of the Food Safety Team (FST), in meetings, HACCP study reviews, trainings, and other defined responsibilities; comply and encourage other employees to follow all food safety practices. * Monitor, if designated as a CCP or PPRO controller, as planned; immediately notify leadership in case of deviations and ensure immediate corrective actions are taken. * Follow defined protocol and remain independent during the process, not reporting directly to immediate supervisor, if responsible for collecting products for GMP+ scope analysis. * Use data from online quality parameter meters; where such availability does not exist, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring results assist in process control and product quality improvement.
