




Job Summary: Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment, as well as assisting in workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment 2. Assistance in workplace hygiene and organization 3. Care and preservation of tools and PPE Perform corrective maintenance services on industrial kitchen equipment such as boilers, stoves, griddles, ovens, dishwashers, and others... Follow procedures and work instructions related to assigned tasks; Assist in the hygiene and organization of the workplace; Maintain tools under one's responsibility; Ensure proper care, cleaning, and storage of PPE in appropriate locations; Tag machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance; Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment by completing standard forms according to established schedules. Maintenance technician / electromechanical technician / automation technician or similar; Knowledge of maintenance for industrial kitchen machinery and equipment is a plus.
