Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to Service Order requests originating from production areas and support departments, routing them to the maintenance team to organize internal customer service; * Close Service Orders in the system, specifying the type of maintenance performed, hours spent, materials used, and confirming requester details; * Monitor via system the expiration dates of preventive maintenance for equipment and machines, updating revision sheets for industrial equipment and forklifts; * Register equipment and machines in the maintenance management system, indicating required monitoring type, frequency, priority level, scheduled maintenance, and components prone to failure; * Submit material purchase requests, PPE requisitions, and requests for materials available in the warehouse using the dedicated system to support Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance teams; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure availability and efficiency of production systems; * Provide guidance and technical support to junior maintenance technicians; Comply with safety, environmental, quality, and production standards and procedures.  * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics; * A bachelor’s degree will be considered a plus; * NR 10 and SEP certifications; * Industrial experience performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on machines and equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and compressors; * Experience with robotic systems will be considered a plus; * Flexibility regarding working hours. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
