Our methodology emphasizes conversation from the very first classes, providing a welcoming environment dedicated to our students' real development. **Job Description:** Our Pedagogical Coordinator is responsible for implementing, evaluating, coordinating, and planning pedagogical projects; checking classroom organization; monitoring WhatsApp and emails; supporting teachers and students; performing data entries; updating class logs in the system; scheduling make-up classes and level assessments; and having experience teaching the English language. Requirements: Fluency in English. Experience in the role and a degree in English Language or Pedagogy. Fluent English proficiency will be an advantage. Workload - 44 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) - Afternoon/Evening shift - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Note: Reduced hours on Saturdays.
