Join us on the Provoker journey — now is the time to begin! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main challenges of this role:** * Install equipment and systems at client premises, following established procedures and technical guidelines; * Configure and parameterize equipment according to client needs and requirements; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (laptops, desktops, barcode scanners, printers), identifying and resolving technical issues; * Diagnose failures in equipment or systems using appropriate measurement tools and instruments; * Replace defective parts and components, following established procedures and technical specifications; * Conduct functionality tests and verifications after installations or repairs to ensure proper equipment performance; * Provide on-site technical support to users, answering questions, resolving doubts, and offering guidance on proper equipment usage; * Document all activities performed, including visit reports, maintenance records, and updated technical documentation; * Network point identification and crimping; * Rack organization when required at the CD; * Management of customer backup assets at the CD, including availability, utilization, and replacement requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to join this team:** * Completed technical education in IT, Hardware Maintenance, Computer Networks, or ongoing undergraduate studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of microcomputer hardware maintenance at configuration level, basic software, and office automation applications; * Basic knowledge of wired and wireless computer networks, as well as the TCP/IP protocol; * Basic knowledge of Windows server operating systems; familiarity with Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office Suite; Basic knowledge of replacing consumables and maintenance kits for general IT equipment. * **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** **For your well-being and quality of life:** Meal or Food Allowance — to keep your energy up.
