Monitoring of workplace gymnastics and experience evaluations **Position**: HR Assistant (Permanent CLT) **Location**: Muribeca – Jaboatão dos Guararapes **Benefits**: Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Meal Allowance + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Partnerships **Responsibilities**: * Responsible for job posting, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, administration and grading of psychological tests, and candidate interviews; * Forwarding candidates for hiring by sending document checklists, admission medical examination instructions, and bank account opening letters; * Verifying documentation for submission to the Payroll Department; * Conducting exit interviews; * Preparing and delivering experience evaluations to respective managers; * Onboarding new employees; * Supporting management in planning and executing internal marketing initiatives; * Communicating with employees regarding announcements, new procedures, and service updates; * Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates; * Updating spreadsheets tracking selection status and exit interviews; * Monitoring workplace gymnastics across departments. **Requirements**: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection is desirable.
