**Activities:** * Assist in planning, controlling and executing logistics activities. * Monitor inventory levels, conduct inventories and track material movements. * Issue purchase orders, invoices, waybills and other transportation documents. * Monitor delivery deadlines, schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers. * Prepare reports and dashboards of logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Resolve discrepancies related to receiving and shipping. * Support the team in optimizing internal processes and workflows. * Maintain up-to-date records of products, suppliers and carriers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields is desirable). * Prior experience in logistics, supply chain or operations. * **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, conditional formulas, charts, data validation, among others). * Knowledge of ERP systems (a plus). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability and attention to detail.
