Job Summary: Manage and supervise the execution of port and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating technical teams. Analysis and validation of executive projects We have an opportunity available in the field of Civil Engineering. Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise on-site execution of port and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; * Perform analysis and validation of executive projects; * Coordinate technical teams and third parties; * Prepare progress reports, measurements, and technical controls; * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, as well as environmental and safety requirements; * Support interface activities with clients, supervisory bodies, and regulatory agencies; * Analyze and propose solutions for field-identified interferences, seeking to optimize processes and minimize impacts on the project. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Knowledge of port construction, roadworks, paving, and/or industrial projects; * Experience in construction supervision and management; * Leadership ability and excellent communication and teamwork skills; * Willingness to work on-site.
