Our engineering and construction units focus on Infrastructure, Energy, Mobility, and Industry projects, with an emphasis on operational excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop projects through technical drawings and calculations, preparing and controlling activity budgets, supporting assembly and presentation of data to company leadership, aiming to ensure best practices, equipment, and materials for the company, in accordance with the established budget. * Provide assistance to project teams and site professionals, supporting and clarifying matters related to materials, equipment, machinery, and activities, preparing periodic reports on activity performance and project progress, aiming to ensure project operability and budget compliance. * Identify process improvement opportunities, performing updates and participating in trade fairs and seminars, according to company activities, monitoring market developments and internally implementing updates in response to demands, aiming to ensure the company’s technical evolution aligned with its operating market. * Ensure service execution according to requests, needs, and demands presented by leadership, aiming to meet and guarantee operations in accordance with internal company procedures and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Steel structure designer with expertise in document validation and interface between Engineering, Quality, and Production. * Technical knowledge in steel structures. * Steel structure designer with expertise in document validation and interface between Engineering, Quality, and Production. **Additional Information** Benefits: * 30% Hazard Pay upon commencement of field activities; * Health insurance plan * Profit Sharing (PLR): semi-annual payment; * Meal voucher * Work Location: Recife \- PE \| 100% On-site Model * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of our \#PeopleThatBuildTheFuture that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
