Please find below an employment opportunity offered by GMT TRANSPORTES DE CARGAS LTDA, a company located in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, operating in the field of municipal, state, and regional road freight transportation in Pernambuco and throughout Brazil. This opportunity is URGENT, and we require immediate availability to start. The employment regime for this position is CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), fully complying with all employee rights and obligations. The position involves driving a light vehicle with approximately 23 cubic meters of cargo capacity and a payload capacity of 4 tons, equipped with a box-body configuration, to serve organically acquired, variable, and non-predefined customer demands. Main requirements include: - Immediate availability to start - Availability for municipal, state, inter-municipal, and interstate travel (frequent trips to multiple states across Northeast, Southeast, South, and North regions of Brazil), necessitating long-distance travel with extended overnight stays. - No pending judicial issues that would prevent approval by Risk Managers (e.g., Buonny, Pamcary, BrasilRisk, among others). - Valid Category C driver’s license without pending issues. - Proven experience as a delivery or freight transportation driver. - Knowledge of transportation routes and logistics. - Responsibility, punctuality, and organizational skills. - Experience with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or similar utility vehicles. - Familiarity with transportation documentation (CT-e, MDF-e, waybills). - Experience in less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation. Currently, benefits are those established under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA 2025/2026), comprehensively covering remuneration, benefits, rights, and obligations of the respective labor category.
