Proactive and dynamic profile **About the role:** We are looking for an Operations Assistant to directly support operational demands, ensuring organization, communication, and process efficiency with team members and customers. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct daily and weekly call-ups of intermittent employees according to clients' operational demands; * Update control spreadsheets with information on call-up status, hours worked, and schedules; * Act as a liaison between operational leaders and employees, aligning work hours, uniform usage, and other instructions; * Perform weekly closing of daily reports; * Control and organize the distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Maintain customer relationships, supporting both retention and acquisition of new operations. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree; * Prior experience in operational or administrative routines; * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate level); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactive and dynamic profile. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience managing operational teams. * Experience with schedule control and customer service. **Work schedule:** To be determined (flexible availability is an advantage). **Compensation and benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance (VT) + Meal allowance (VA) Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
