




Job Summary: Perform logistics activities including shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage of goods, including customer service, product picking and transfer, and warehouse organization. Culture of collaboration and joint problem-solving Perform logistics activities including shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage of goods; issue fiscal invoices; handle warranty and core return processes; conduct cycle counts; and carry out other duties as required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal and external customer service; * Pick, inspect, issue fiscal invoices (NFs), and manage goods transfer; * Store goods, record fiscal invoices (NFs), receive and attend to suppliers, and process returns; * Provide customers with information regarding product warranties and cores; * Participate in and assist with inventory counts; * Organize and clean the warehouse. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; basic computer skills; Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in logistics or related responsibilities. Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
