




Job Summary: Performs shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage of goods, handling invoices, warranties, and inventory, as well as internal and external customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on relationship-building, respect, and excellence in customer service Perform shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage of goods; register invoices, warranty and core return processes, conduct cycle counts, and carry out other tasks as required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal and external customer service; * Pick, inspect, issue invoices (NFs), and manage goods transfers; * Store goods, record invoices (NFs), receive and serve suppliers, process returns; * Provide customers with information regarding product warranties and cores; * Participate in and assist with inventory activities; * Organize and clean the warehouse. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education, basic computer skills, Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** **Advantages:** Prior experience in logistics or related responsibilities.
