A strategic professional in the company's technological evolution. **If you are driven by innovation, testing, technical development, and wish to transform ideas into tangible solutions within the construction industry, this opportunity is for you.** We are seeking a **Senior R\&D Analyst** to join our technical team, directly engaged in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of products and processes focused on the **precast concrete and industrialized construction** sector. This professional will play a strategic role in the company’s technological evolution, connecting applied research, industrial operations, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** * Research, evaluate, and approve new materials (cement, admixtures, EPS, fibers, cementitious boards, among others). * Develop and validate new lightweight concrete mix designs, considering technical performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. * Plan, supervise, and analyze laboratory tests and full-scale factory trials. * Prepare technical reports and result analyses, proposing continuous improvements. * Provide technical support to Quality, Production, and Engineering departments. * Lead innovation projects in partnership with universities, suppliers, and strategic business units. * Monitor technological trends, standards, and industry best practices. **Tools and Resources Used** * Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Quality Management Systems (ERP / QMS) * Technical standards (ABNT, ASTM, ISO) * Laboratory testing equipment for material analysis **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Expertise in concrete technology and materials chemistry. * Experience with industrial processes and R\&D activities. * Hands-on experience with laboratory testing (compression, tensile strength, absorption, density, among others). * Knowledge of and ability to interpret technical standards. * Ability to prepare and analyze technical and statistical reports. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * Organizational skills and autonomy in task execution. * Investigative and analytical mindset. * Clear and objective technical communication. * Logical reasoning and data-driven decision-making. * Proactivity and an innovation-oriented mindset. **You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the technological advancement of construction solutions, participating in projects that bridge engineering, innovation, and real-world impact in the industry.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
