Join us and be part of this revolution in the market! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform sanitation of foods to be prepared and served during meals, following guidelines established by the head chef to maintain consistent standards and quality on a daily basis; Prepare consumable items, including assembling sandwiches, slicing cakes, and other tasks, aiming to serve guests daily; Assemble desserts to be served to guests during meals, following standards set by the head chef, daily; Organize the workplace by sanitizing the area, food packaging, and utensils used, aiming for cleanliness and preservation, daily; Prepare dishes by cutting ingredients, cooking, seasoning, and finalizing them according to established recipes, aiming to meet guest requests with high flavor and quality standards, daily; Verify inventory levels of supplies in production spreadsheets and submit them to the head chef for approval of purchase orders, weekly; Perform vegetable and protein cuts for special and specific dishes, following established standards, daily; Operate equipment such as meat griddles, adhering to safety standards to follow dish preparation steps, daily; Sanitize your workplace, keeping it clean and organized, aiming for hygiene, cleanliness, and preservation, daily; Lead the kitchen operations, distributing tasks and stations when the head chef is absent, to ensure timely deliveries, daily. **Requirements and Qualifications** Relevant work experience and completion of elementary education. **Additional Information** On-site meals, shuttle transportation, health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance.
