Mectronic Eletromar specializes in electronic solutions and industrial automation, offering products and services to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Issuing, verifying, and organizing import and export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Monitoring cargo status, shipments, and unloading, and informing suppliers, customers, and internal departments about estimated arrival times. Assisting customs brokers in goods clearance procedures and tracking customs clearance processes. Updating control spreadsheets, maintaining internal systems (ERP), requesting freight quotations, and organizing records for audits. Maintaining active communication with freight carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve operational issues. Previous experience as International Logistics Assistant, Import/Export Assistant, International Trade Analyst, or International Operations Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
