To that end, we have a Diversity Committee operating across four pillars: Persons with Disabilities (PCD), Ethnic-Racial, Women, and LGBTQIAP+, and we are also part of MOVER — The Movement for Racial Equity. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Represent Packaging Engineering at the VSA plant, ensuring alignment across departments; \- Plan, execute, and monitor industrial trials, ensuring robust approval criteria; \- Lead end-to-end projects related to packaging innovation, sustainability, productivity, and continuous improvement; \- Ensure smooth project scheduling with management of deadlines, risks, and dependencies; \- Conduct critical and risk analyses, including root cause identification and definition of robust testing protocols; \- Define minimum criteria for industrial trial releases, ensuring quality and performance; \- Collaborate proactively, engaging the right stakeholders and clearly flagging risks; \- Build strong stakeholder relationships, even within remote structures; \- Demonstrate technical rigor and urgency, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. **Technical Competencies:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in any Engineering discipline; \- Intermediate English proficiency; \- Preferred: Experience in Packaging projects; \- Availability to work in a hybrid administrative schedule at the Vitória de Santo Antão-PE factory. **Behavioral Competencies:** **\-** Communication; Collaboration; Accountability; Proactivity; Influence; Analytical Mindset; Strong Interpersonal Skills; Autonomy; Sense of Urgency; Organization.
