Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on machines, equipment, and building installations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with technical standards. Support improvements and renovations to increase manufacturing capacity, record activities in the maintenance management system, and provide technical support to the team, contributing to equipment reliability and the technical development of electricians.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist in developing the technical capabilities of Maintenance Electrician I through practical and theoretical knowledge.
* Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on machines and equipment using the maintenance manager per hour/machine worked.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tube printers, ensuring print quality on the product.
* Perform building maintenance in accordance with NBR 5410 (low-voltage electrical maintenance).
* Record all maintenance-related actions in the computerized maintenance management system, generating history and control.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) motors, assessing the need for bearing replacement and performing it if necessary.
* Carry out improvements, modifications, and renovations on machines and equipment as required to increase manufacturing capacity and equipment service life.
* Implement improvements to electrical installations and equipment according to standards specified in NR-10.
* Perform calibration and maintenance of instruments integrated into equipment using specific measurement devices.
* Support electronic technicians in maintenance tasks based on maintenance needs and priorities.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical/electronic diagrams using machine and equipment manuals.
* Comply with maintenance department procedures according to ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 14000 standards.
* Perform other related and inherent duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed vocational or technical education in Maintenance Electrician and/or Electroelectronics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics.
* NR-10 training course.
* Prior experience in industrial maintenance.
* Preferred: Previous knowledge of PVC pipe production, especially extrusion lines.
