Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support the team in data management, market analysis, and generating strategic insights—ideal for those passionate about data and trends. Contribute strategic analyses and reports for decision-making With over 30 years of operation, Refrijet is a national reference in automotive air conditioning and refrigerated transport. We are looking for an intern to support the Marketing team daily, contributing to research, information organization, and data analysis. If you enjoy working with data and trends, and want to understand how the market truly operates in practice, this opportunity is for you. Here, you will have direct exposure to strategic analyses and help transform information into decisions. **Responsibilities and Routine** * Data organization and management * Update and maintain product registrations in internal systems (e.g., Bling and website); * Ensure information quality (descriptions, applications, codes, categories, and images); * Organize databases to facilitate analysis and queries. * Market awareness * Monitor competitors across multiple channels (websites, marketplaces, and social media); * Track pricing, product portfolios, and new launches; * Identify relevant market trends and movements; * Observe competitor positioning and strategies. * Market analysis and intelligence * Collect, organize, and analyze market and consumer behavior data; * Support report and dashboard development; * Generate insights to support strategic decisions; * Assist in preparing presentations for internal departments. **Research and Insights** * Support studies on target audiences, trends, and sector seasonality; * Monitor relevant industry events and updates; * Structure information clearly, systematically, and accessibly. **What We Seek** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Analytical, curious, and organized profile; * Attention to detail and eagerness to learn. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have** * Knowledge of Power BI or a programming language; * Academic experience with research projects or data analysis; * Interest in markets and consumer behavior. **What We Offer** * Internship stipend: R$1\.300,00 * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Health and dental insurance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (6 hours/day with a 1-hour break).
