We are seeking a professional eager to work in an environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement—the pillars of our SHAPE culture: Shared success, helping each other succeed, continuous improvement, purpose-driven leadership, and valuing all voices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support SAP implementation, ensuring PCP processes are correctly configured. * Plan and control production, monitoring deadlines and volumes. * Manage production scheduling and inventory control. * Participate in SAP system testing and validation. * Ensure data quality in the system (master data, materials, times, etc.). * Analyze KPIs and propose process improvements. * Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and procurement departments. * Support and guide end users in their daily SAP usage. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, Negotiation, or related areas (preferred). * Intermediate English proficiency, with ability to read and communicate effectively in a corporate environment. * Solid experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP) within industrial environments. * Experience using the SAP system, especially modules related to planning, production, and logistics. * Proficiency in demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and data-driven decision-making capability At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
