If you are a committed, proactive professional who enjoys working in a team, don’t miss this opportunity—apply now! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities as a Production Programmer:** * Control production scheduling and monitor production lines, verifying scheduled vs. executed production orders, priorities, analyzing reports, raw material constraints, committed deadlines, and delivery forecasts; contacting planners and/or parts and components responsible parties to synchronize final product assembly and delivery, ensuring adherence to the established plan; * Keep stakeholders informed about production scheduling priorities, identifying urgent work orders, establishing systematic communication with production teams to prioritize and optimize assembly execution within the production process; * Analyze production scheduling adherence by participating in meetings, comparing planned vs. actual performance, identifying root causes, reviewing forecasts, raw material constraints, production capacity, and escalating issues to responsible parties to develop and/or implement solutions and improvements in production; * Maintain contact with responsible parties and/or interfacing departments to resolve doubts, gather information, notify and/or solve problems, among others; * Suggest and/or implement improvements to production scheduling and control by participating in meetings, identifying issues, developing action plans, reviewing and/or setting targets to optimize results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed High School education; * Computer literacy / Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information**#### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
