




**Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the condominium cleaning team * Assign tasks and organize work schedules * Ensure cleaning and maintenance of common areas (lobby, staircases, elevators, parking garages, outdoor areas, party room, etc.) * Monitor proper use of cleaning products and equipment * Manage inventory of supplies and request replenishments * Train new employees and guide the team on procedures * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and PPE usage standards * Report incidents and needs to the building manager or administration **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Prior experience in cleaning and team leadership * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques * Organizational skills, responsibility, and good communication * Ability to lead and resolve conflicts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in condominiums * Knowledge of facilities management routines * Courses in cleaning or leadership **Benefits:** * Attendance Bonus; * Transportation Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Meal Allowance.
