Contribute to a collaborative and positive school environment **None:** **Job Title:** Elementary School Teacher - Initial Years **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons for Elementary School I classes (Grades 1 through 5) * Monitor students' development and learning, implementing effective pedagogical strategies * Design and grade assignments, tests, and projects, recording students' performance * Actively participate in planning, coordination, and pedagogical evaluation meetings * Contribute to building a collaborative and positive school environment * Guide and supervise students in extracurricular activities **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or subject-specific teaching licensure for Elementary School I * Proven teaching experience, preferably in Elementary School I * Strong communication skills, empathy, and classroom management abilities * Knowledge of major teaching and assessment methodologies * Commitment to students' learning and holistic development * Flexibility, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Education * Experience with educational technologies and digital resources * Foreign language proficiency (English or Spanish) * Participation in professional development projects and activities **Additional Information:** * Work Schedule: 16 hours per week **None:** None
