Job Summary: Responsible for all stages of garden care, including soil preparation, planting, maintenance, nutrition, irrigation, and cleaning, as well as care for potted plants. Key Highlights: 1. Completed elementary education **Job Description:** ---------------------- Soil preparation and planting: Prepare soil for planting, adjust moisture levels, correct pH, and plant seedlings and seeds according to the specific needs of each species. Maintenance and conservation: Perform weeding (removal of weeds), mowing the lawn, pruning trees and shrubs, and cleaning designated areas. Plant nutrition and health: Periodically fertilize the soil, spray pesticides and fertilizers, identify and treat pests and diseases. Irrigation: Monitor soil moisture and adjust watering frequency and volume according to the specific needs of each plant. Cleaning: Sweep dry leaves, remove debris, and keep the garden clean to prevent pests and diseases.
