Job Summary: Responsible for garden preparation, planting, maintenance, nutrition, irrigation, and cleaning, including care of potted plants. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply gardening experience and material handling skills. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Preparation and planting: Prepare soil for planting, adjust moisture levels, correct pH, and plant seedlings and seeds according to the specific requirements of each species. Maintenance and conservation: Perform weeding (removal of weeds), mow lawns, prune trees and shrubs, and clean designated areas. Plant nutrition and health: Periodically fertilize soil, spray pesticides and fertilizers, identify and treat pests and diseases. Irrigation: Monitor soil moisture and adjust watering frequency and volume according to the specific needs of each plant. Cleaning: Sweep dry leaves, remove debris, and keep gardens clean to prevent pests and diseases.
