Description: Key Responsibilities: * Monitor risk events and fatigue alerts through telematics platforms and cameras; * Record and classify incidents according to severity and defined procedures; * Support the highway supervision and management team in communicating and handling incidents; * Ensure compliance with operational protocols and promptly report deviations; * Proactively prevent accidents and continuously improve safety indicators. Desired Qualifications: * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus); * Prior experience in CCO operations, logistics, transportation, vehicle safety, or related functions; * Basic knowledge of computer applications and monitoring platforms; * Strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating schedule (day shift) in Alphaville/SP.
