




Description: The student inspector is responsible for monitoring, guiding, and ensuring the discipline and safety of students both inside and outside school premises. They act to guarantee compliance with internal regulations and collaborate to maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized school environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor student entry, presence, and departure; * Control student movement in hallways, courtyards, and other school areas; * Ensure student safety and physical integrity; * Assist in maintaining discipline during school hours; * Guide students regarding institutional rules and procedures; * Report any incidents or irregularities to coordination and school leadership; * Support the pedagogical and administrative teams during school events and activities; * Listen to complaints and analyze facts; * Analyze irregularities reported by students, identifying those responsible; * Support the pedagogical team during the organization of events, cultural, recreational, and sports activities; * Observe recreation spaces and free-time activities; * Set behavioral boundaries for students; * Prevent incidents and accidents; * Support the front desk team during student entry/exit, respecting established internal protocols; * Prevent and address cases of tardiness; * Conduct patrols in common areas (hallways, courtyards, sports courts, etc.); * Organize the school environment; * Assist students with special needs; * Monitor for unfamiliar or suspicious individuals near the school premises; * Release students only to authorized persons; * Monitor and prevent bullying among students; * Provide assistance to students and the school community; * Regulate displays of affection; * Restore discipline in classrooms without teachers; Requirements and Qualifications * Strong communication skills and ethical conduct; * Ability to interact effectively with children and adolescents; * Organization, punctuality, and responsibility; * Prior experience in this role is an advantage; * Basic knowledge of internal protocols of an educational institution; * Solid understanding of the responsibilities associated with this role; * Capacity for continuous learning—acquisition and application of new ideas; * Ability to act as a mobilizing agent; * Ability to set boundaries and guide students/staff regarding the organization and safety of the school community; * Ability to act preventively. 2512290202491888448
