Description: * Completed Technical Nursing Course; * Active registration with COREN; * Previous experience in Obstetric Center; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule. * Organized Obstetric Center with clean and ready delivery and surgical rooms. Essential equipment for delivery, neonatal resuscitation, and surgical procedures reviewed and operational; * Patients admitted for deliveries and surgeries performed without complications. Instructions provided to companions regarding procedures and care during delivery and after birth; * Appropriate monitoring during labor (LDR), including vital signs monitoring and assistance during the active phase of labor. Postpartum care delivered per protocol, including guidance on breastfeeding and skin-to-skin contact; * Neonatal resuscitation materials ready for use. Support provided to neonatologist and nurse during resuscitation or post-birth care. All Golden Hour protocols followed; * Nursing notes completed, highlighting all care provided during antepartum, delivery, and immediate postpartum. Forms related to procedures and newborn care correctly filled out; * Efficient cleaning and organization of delivery and surgical rooms. Communication with cleaning staff to ensure room availability for next procedure. Equipment and materials checked for expiry dates and functionality. 2512290202491250531
