**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Handle branch shipment scheduling by programming vehicles to ensure daily unit loading.
* Manage vehicle flow (cold storage chambers and containers) and loading/unloading operations at the branch, controlling vehicles via the traceability system monitoring to track the positioning of vehicles assigned to the branch.
* Calculate and issue supplementary CTRCs (daily allowances, oil, and toll fees), compute associated costs, and enter information into the system to initiate freight payment processing to carriers.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Forklift Operator certification;
* Basic knowledge of maintenance;
* Flexible availability regarding working hours.
