Job Description: Responsible for designing, managing, and monitoring all stages of a construction or renovation project. Responsibilities include analyzing soil characteristics, studying sunlight exposure and ventilation at the site, and defining foundation types. Also manages the physical and financial schedule of the project, prepares budgets, and conducts quantitative surveys of equipment, materials, and services. Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects ranging from small to large scale in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others); Perform technical and feasibility studies, and prepare designs that meet technical specifications; Assess potential risks, materials, and costs; Provide advisory support and creatively resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies; Supervise and guide the team, and establish contact with a variety of stakeholders; Handle resulting structures and services for use; Monitor progress and compile project status reports; Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials; Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc., and produce technical files and other technical documentation as required.
