###### **São Paulo, SP****The company accepts applications from São Paulo and nearby cities** ###### **Technician** ###### **To be agreed upon** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job details** -------------------- **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Nursing Assistant course * Active COREN registration * Experience in sample collection **Responsibilities:** --------------- Perform and assist in clinical laboratory test collections in patient care units, following the institution’s established procedures and ensuring sample quality and test result accuracy. Perform double-check of patient identification (full name and date of birth) and medical requisition, verifying label data and identifying tubes/flasks with identification wristbands and medical requisitions; Perform venous puncture for blood collection using peripheral venous access devices such as needles, scalpels, or IV catheters; Perform collection of general secretions; Ensure priority collection for patients under managed protocols; Supply collection materials to clinical units; Provide instructions to patients/attendants/nursing staff regarding collection procedures and tests to be performed; Perform repeat collections when necessary; Record nursing activities in patient records for all collection procedures performed; Forward collected samples to the technical area via pneumatic tube system or thermal container; Perform concurrent and terminal cleaning of mattresses, cabinets and support tables, countertops, collection carts, and work environment, as standardized; Monitor expiration dates and integrity of materials/solutions used in collections; Assist the nurse in controlling material inventory (quantity, batch number, and expiration date); Carry out daily work shift scheduling; Inform the responsible nurse/supervisor of the laboratory in case of incidents; Report non-conforming procedures in the institutional system; Conduct shift handover; Participate in meetings and training sessions. **Additional information:** ----------------------- \- Work location: Itaim Bibi \- South Zone \- Work schedule: 12x36 \- Night shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) * Availability for training. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum education level** Completed vocational high school **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Partnership agreements with companies Cafeteria Life insurance Transportation voucher Product discounts Meal voucher ### **Learn about Rede D'Or** Founded in 1977 as “Cardiolab”, it currently operates 75 owned hospitals and 3 managed hospitals, as well as 55 oncology clinics across the states of RJ, SP, MG, PE, BA, MA, SE, CE, AL, PB, PR, MS, PA, and DF.
