Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and organized Customer Service Assistant to welcome patients with empathy and ensure an excellent experience at our clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Porto Alegre | Work Mode: On-site | Employment Type: CLT | Working Hours: 44 hours per week Do you enjoy welcoming people, and are you communicative and organized? We are looking for someone who takes pleasure in providing empathetic service and contributing to delivering the best possible patient experience from the very first contact. Main Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients in person at the clinic with attention and care. Answer phone calls and messages courteously and clearly. Assist physicians during patient care, ensuring smooth communication with patients. Schedule medical appointments and procedures. Organize and update the clinic’s and professionals’ schedules. Schedule human reproduction procedures, coordinating with the anesthesiologist and medical team. Record and update patient information in internal systems. What We Are Looking For: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (from the 1st semester onward). Experience with administrative routines; prior reception experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables). Strong communication skills and proactivity. Must reside in Porto Alegre.
