The professional will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an essential role in the **patient experience and supporting the sale of dental treatments**. **Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp patient support; * Appointment scheduling and confirmation; * Patient reception and welcoming at the clinic; * Presentation of treatments and support to the commercial team for closing sales; * Reception organization and management of professionals’ schedules; * Patient registration in system and updating of information; * Administrative and operational support. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this field is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation and sales skills; * Familiarity with clinical management systems (a plus); * Organization, friendliness, and responsibility. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday \- schedule to be determined.
