We are expanding in Panambi/RS and looking for a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to work on-site managing construction projects and engineering designs, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and technical excellence standards. You will join a solid technical team, with autonomy to propose improvements and directly impact results. * Plan, monitor, and control the execution of civil works. * Develop and review engineering designs, technical memoranda, and specifications. * Manage physical and financial schedules for construction projects. * Perform quantity surveys, technical reports, and quality controls. * Interface with suppliers, clients, and field teams. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, occupational safety regulations, and environmental legislation. * Support budgeting and feasibility analysis for new projects. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Prior experience in civil construction projects as a Mid-Level Engineer or equivalent. * Experience in construction planning, site supervision, and cost control. * Knowledge of technical standards, occupational safety, and applicable legislation. * Proficiency in design and planning tools (AutoCAD and MS Project or similar). * Residency in Panambi/RS. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects. * Previous work with construction companies or real estate developers. * Knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling software. * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in construction or project management. * Proven leadership ability in field teams.
