Your mission will be to develop and manage a customer portfolio, ensuring the delivery of commercial indicators, with a focus on excellence in customer service, business generation, sustainable results, and customer retention. **Responsibilities:** Be accountable for the commercial KPIs of your territory; Expand business within your existing customer portfolio; Acquire new customers; Increase purchase frequency among active customers; Execute point-of-sale (PDV) activities; Analyze market, competitors, sales routes, and customer consumption profiles. **Required Competencies:** Completed high school education; Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (preferred); National driver's license, category B; Residence in Passo Fundo/RS; Availability to work in the Northern and Northwestern regions of RS; Experience in external sales; Experience in food industry sales, particularly fast-moving consumer goods (preferred). **Compensation Model:** Fixed salary + variable remuneration; **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Food voucher; Life insurance; Health insurance; Company vehicle and mobile phone; Education institution partnership program; SESC membership benefits.
