Budget Analyst - Bridges and Viaducts

We are seeking a professional to work as a Construction Budget Analyst with a focus on bridge and viaduct projects, directly contributing to the development of technical and commercial proposals for heavy infrastructure projects. We seek an analytical, organized profile with experience in budgeting for special structures, capable of strategically performing cost estimation, unit cost composition, and project feasibility analysis. ### **Responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets for bridge, viaduct, and special structure projects; * Conduct quantitative takeoffs of materials, equipment, and services; * Develop unit cost compositions; * Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; * Interpret design drawings, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications; * Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals; * Analyze physical and financial schedules; * Ensure adherence to forecasted costs and contractual assumptions; * Collaborate with engineering, planning, and procurement departments. ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Budget Analyst; * Experience in bridge, viaduct, or special structure projects; * Knowledge of reading and analyzing structural and infrastructure designs; * Experience in unit cost composition and budgeting for heavy construction projects; * Proficiency in Excel and budgeting tools; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or related fields; * Availability to work in Erechim/RS; * Residence in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel Willingness to Relocate
