The Sindilojas Porto Alegre is the legal representative of merchants in the cities of Porto Alegre and Alvorada, currently representing over 20,000 companies. In addition to representing the retail sector, Sindilojas POA implements initiatives aimed at improving business growth and quality of life for companies and their employees. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Design and finalize assets for social media, websites, email, and printed materials; * Develop visual identities for commercial campaigns, institutional materials, and internal communication pieces; * Ensure brand visual identity guidelines are followed, maintaining colors, fonts, and elements of each MIV; * Provide support for other marketing department demands and activities; * Prepare and present reports on key results and propose improvement opportunities; * Contribute an aesthetic perspective when approving campaigns and advertising materials developed by agencies. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Strong visual and aesthetic repertoire; * Creativity and organizational skills; * Proficiency in graphic design platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); * Understanding of visual identity and brand standardization; * Proficiency in producing digital and printed graphic assets; * Knowledge of social media formats and best practices; * Experience in social media management and proficiency in social media platforms; * Knowledge of 3D animation; * Video editing and creation of animated assets; * Experience in e-book and infographic layout; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
