WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE: * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate your team, ensuring the best possible customer experience with emphasis on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONS SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during your shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor performance metrics, control cash flow, manage purchases, and optimize labor utilization according to internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies; * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train staff on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines.
