**Position: Pharmacy Attendant**
**Position Summary:**
A professional responsible for delivering exceptional in-person, telephone, or digital customer service, with comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy products and processes—ensuring efficiency, empathy, and accuracy in guidance and sales. Acts as a technical and behavioral reference for the service team, contributing to team performance and store results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve customers in person, by phone, or via digital channels, focusing on resolving inquiries, advising on medications, and recommending products suited to their needs;
* Conduct consultative sales of medications, fragrances, dermocosmetics, and convenience items;
* Verify and register medical prescriptions in compliance with current legislation;
* Assist in organizing and restocking products at the point of sale;
* Stay updated on new product launches and their features;
* Provide support and training to newer staff members, sharing best practices;
* Collaborate on inventory counts, expiry date management, and stock verification;
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and other common store areas;
* Monitor performance goals and metrics, striving to exceed targets.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (Technical or higher education in health or customer service fields is desirable);
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy attendant or in related roles;
* Knowledge of medications (prescription, generic, similar, and OTC), fragrances, and personal care products;
* Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and results orientation;
* Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Courses in pharmacy, sales, or customer service;
* Basic understanding of sanitary regulations and ANVISA guidelines;
* Experience in high-traffic pharmacies or pharmacy chains.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$3.500,00 – R$4.500,00 per month
