We are seeking people who wish to grow alongside us. **Apply now and begin your journey within the ARGENTA ecosystem.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main activities include:** * Lead and manage the full lifecycle of fuel station construction and renovation projects, from initial planning through final delivery. * Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and third-party), ensuring alignment, productivity, and motivation. * Ensure construction quality, adherence to schedules, and compliance with technical and regulatory specifications. * Develop, manage, and control project budgets, performing financial feasibility analysis and identifying cost optimization opportunities. * Monitor all construction phases, conducting regular audits to identify and correct deviations. * Prepare and present physical-financial progress reports and performance indicators to support decision-making. * Negotiate, manage, and oversee contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality and fulfillment of agreed terms. * Participate in planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance plans post-construction, ensuring facility functionality and longevity. * Promote and ensure implementation of occupational safety standards across all construction sites. * Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and innovations in construction management, pursuing continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply, candidates must have:** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Experience in construction project management, preferably in retail, franchises, or multi-location networks. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, and complementary project drawings. * Experience in construction budgeting and scheduling. * Knowledge of technical standards and occupational safety legislation. **Additional Information** **.****Working Hours:** * 7:45 AM to 5:58 PM (Monday to Friday). * Availability for travel and on-site project supervision across Southern Brazil and Santa Catarina state. **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan with 50% of the premium covered by the company. * Flexible benefits card usable for meals, food, fuel, or other personal needs. * Partnerships with restaurants, educational institutions, and pharmacies. * Special fuel discount for employees, valid at all SIM Rede locations.
