WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SENIOR OPERATIONAL LEADER? * Coordinate operational activities to ensure resource availability and successful execution of contracted operations, implementing actions that guarantee customer requirements are met and contribute to the Company’s growth. * Analyze the productivity of each team and of your department by reviewing appropriate spreadsheets to assess incoming cargo demand and schedule departmental activities. * Support other operational activities within your area by guiding and clarifying questions regarding Company processes and standards. * Perform other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
