Job Summary: Coordinate people, processes, and products, ensuring high-quality production, implementing departmental improvements, managing conflicts, and unit performance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate production, boiler, platform, and maintenance teams. 2. Ensure production quality and final product functionality. 3. Develop improvements and control losses and waste. Coordinate and supervise the production, boiler, platform, and maintenance teams; Coordinate shipments and carriers; Monitor microbiological and physicochemical analysis results for raw materials and finished products; Record production controls (milk, cheese, cream, whey, and inputs); Generate production orders and record their execution; Organize and manage work shifts; Ensure final product functionality by adhering to all established processes; Control losses and waste, with a focus on reduction; Supervise training of new employees; Promote company culture with an emphasis on quality production; Monitor daily production indicators (e.g., Lts/kg, % moisture); Develop improvements and production monitoring controls; Monitor Production Planning and Control (PCP); Be accountable for unit performance alongside management.
