Coordinate and supervise the production, boiler, platform, and maintenance teams; Coordinate shipments and carriers; Monitor microbiological and physicochemical analysis results for raw materials and finished products; Record production controls (milk, cheese, cream, whey, and inputs); Generate production orders and record their execution; Organize and manage work shifts; Ensure final product functionality by adhering to all established processes; Control losses and waste, with a focus on reduction; Supervise training of new employees; Promote company culture with an emphasis on quality production; Monitor daily production indicators (e.g., Lts/kg, % moisture); Develop improvements and production monitoring controls; Monitor Production Planning and Control (PCP); Be accountable for unit performance alongside management.
