Growth opportunities in a dynamic environment **None:** **?Position:** Mechanical Technician III **Location:** Passo Fundo I Gluten and Ethanol Unit \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity If you possess business vision, leadership spirit, and believe in the transformative power of industry, this is your chance to make a difference! ?️ Key Responsibilities Record maintenance activities performed for respective departments by creating work orders, allocating hours, entering information, and closing orders in SAP, while evaluating and proposing improvements to maintenance plans. Request and reserve spare parts from the warehouse via SAP system registration, mapping used parts and identifying requirements. Execute planned maintenance activities in SAP, performing mechanical tasks with a focus on problem solving and failure root cause analysis, assessing equipment criticality matrices, defining actions, and proposing and implementing process/equipment improvements. Work with safety as a priority: wear required PPE, conduct daily safety talks (DDS), complete work permits, and perform energy lockout and effective testing before working on equipment. Inspect equipment operation using thermography, checklists, and machine condition assessments to prevent failures and drive continuous improvement. ? Required Knowledge Technical knowledge in Industrial Mechanics; Knowledge of SAP/PM system; Knowledge in Crushing/Biodiesel area; Industrial technical knowledge. ?
